Some places keep secrets that reveal themselves only to those who know where to look. Very soon, Sofia will have another such place.
On September 18, BABA opens its doors – a new restaurant located at the very top of the Ivan Vazov National Theatre, in the heart of Sofia’s cultural life. Hidden away from the city’s noise, the restaurant places Bulgarian products, seasonality and a contemporary interpretation of local flavours at the heart of its concept.
BABA will offer seasonal tasting menus alongside an à la carte selection. The culinary experience is complemented by an extensive wine selection and a wide variety of Champagne available by the glass.
At Elena Wagyu, we are especially pleased that some of the products featured in BABA’s kitchen will come directly from our farm. Bulgarian Wagyu finds its place within a concept that puts quality ingredients and their origin at the centre of the dining experience.
BABA officially opens on September 18, and reservations are already available.
